African fashion review!

A year or so ago, when African fabrics became de rigueur I believed that it would be a passing phase. I could not have been more wrong! The calibre of young African designers have is truly impressive. There is the lovely Prima Rouge, whose designs you have to see.  http://primarouge.com/

When I was invited to attend the MO SAÏQUE, EKI ORLEANS, EVA SONAIKE, JOANSU & R REENE DEBUTS AT CHELSEA SUMMER SALE. London Transport’s attempts to thwart my journey into their King’s Road studio only made me determined. I arrived late and stressed but it was definitely worth the hassle. The clothes, the shoes, the accessories! Heaven. There were four different designs present and the ladies were so gracious. What I loved the most about them was their passion for their craft. Surprisingly for me, they were lawyers, barristers and accountants in that room. It put me to shame! :/ Read below for the designers and enjoy the pictures.

The jewels and shoes are stunning!

    • I know. These ladies are impressive to say the least. We have to attend the next event they do. Maybe even this Saturday. I believe Eki Orleans is donating a dress for the gala. xx
